DVD Player

my parents just got a dvd player in their basement but the problem is the tv (very small) doesnt have those 3 coloured (Red White Yellow) plugs to plug in the dvd player with. Any adapter out there of somesort for this kind of thing?

Instead of paying $40 for that RF Modulator (though you may find one for less), I would just get a new TV for $100. You can get a junkbrand 20" curved CRT at Future Shop for $100, and smaller ones for about $80.

I believe I saw some RF modulators (RCA brand) at XScargo for around $10-$15 might want to go check them out.
