Has anyone been to 3 Monkeys restaurant/pub?
It's on Warden between 401 and Ellesmere, behind Shell station and A&W..
The exterior looks pretty plain, but the food prices sound good.

I've read a really short review about it, seeing if anyone else have eaten there before..

Don't expect great food, it's a bar type atmosphere that sells food.

i've been there a few times the past 2 weeks. i've only gone late at night so only the late night menu is available. food was ok. prices for beer is fair. i believe this placed used to be a firkin establisment. overall not a bad place for drinks.

I've eaten there a few times. They have alright pub fare. I've had the following foods there:

Steak and Kidney Pie - There was no kidney in the pie. But it was a nice, flaky dough and tasty filling. Came with two sides. Good portion size

Wings - I'd give their wings a 7/10. They're alright, but a bit overcooked (they cut up my gums).

Liver and Onions - The mashed potatoes were very tasty, the veggies were boring, but the liver and oinions were vere nicely done. I enjoyed this one the most.

When you eat here just expect to get pub fare type of food and you won't be disapointed. If you're expecting anything more, go to a restaurant.

I was just there on Friday. It's a pub. Nice atmosphere.

I been there a few times.
Nice enough place.
I was there cuz it was close to a friend's place.
Pub fare are okay, but nothing special.
We usually have wings and nachos.
Like I said, nothing special about them.

There are pool tables in the back.
The younger crowd are usually here.

They recently changed their specials. I know on Monday nights they used to have a pound of wings for $3.99 but they no longer have that. Last year during all Leaf and Raptor games they had 50 cent wings. Their wings are pretty good. I ususally request for them to be baked rather than fried.

Their beers are pretty cheap. Fri, Sat and Sun they have quarts for $4.99. Some other nights they have tallboys.

it's now .49 cent 3 days of the week. sunday, monday and cant remember what the third day is. not really a bargain imo. a pound of wings is $5.50 regular price.
