To me, nothing beats a really good and tender, juicy steak that melts in your mouth.
I can't afford to buy good steaks (maybe very rarely), but my brother-in-law bought some nice steaks a couple of years ago at my mothers' place and he cooked them on a George Foreman grill.
The steaks were delicious and cooked just right.
I like chicken and fish too.
A lot of times I just use hamburger in a chili or spaghetti sauce.

Horse is actually pretty good. Its best raw like sashimi, but horse sausage isn't bad either. I wouldn't list it as my favorite though.

Favorite has to be bacon or steak.

I never get tired of buffalo burgers, makes the regular beef taste gritty by comparison. :)

Kangaroo burgers in Australia is good.

Dragon/Tiger soup (snake/cat) soup is famous but never tasted it before.

Steamed worms with egg is a delicacy in Macau.
