Dell pda repair service in GVRD?

My X50v went dead -- it doesn't take charge anymore and nothing happens if I put it in cradle. Unfortunately it's out of warranty now, anyone knows which store in GVRD provides repaire/estimate service ? thanks

Did u try charging the battery directly in the cradle?


If you are sure it's just the charging that's failing, could be just the contacts at the bottom, does it look dirty? If it's not damaged, try cleaning it with cotton buds and a cleaning solution like very diluted hydrochloric acid.

Thanks for the reply and tips ! The battery seems to be charging now if I put it directly in the back of cradle. So it seems to be connector problem . Yes I looked at the bottom of PDA and it seems OKAY , no phsically seen damage .

Dell doesn't seem to have any repair center in Vancovuer , any third-party one ?
