k so the thing is i can send people money through TD interac or something, but i do not have money in my paypal account. I need about $30 if anyone is willing to send and you have a td easyweb account i can send you $30. please really need money in paypal.

Right beneath "Computers and Electronics" section, there is a "Personal Finance" section...
