I'm thinking of having my wedding reception here. The place is located on 50 Esna Park Drive in Markham. It would be your typical 10 course chinese dinner.

Can anyone give me a review of this place yo?

I've been there once, but it was just for a show, no food. The inside looked nice, but that's about all I can tell you. It would be good for a wedding.
However, please look into the place next to the Shangri-La, the Beaumont (they may share the same building). Every Friday and/or Saturday night, one of the halls becomes a night club and that might ruin the spirit of the wedding.
