hello, i have a aps95bt3, i have 2 of them, but one broke? how do i get a replacement? i googled, and i know some are for sale? don't they have to be programed for your car or something? the closest thing i found to any help was http://www.audiovox.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10001&productId=2787&langId=-1 but its a different version? any advice is appreciated. and does anyone know what the other 2 buttons do? the green one unlocks and locks the door? what does the 2 black ones do?

Yeah looks like an Audiovox remote for sure. Contact Audiovox at whatever numbers/email address they give on their support site for their car alarms/remote starters. They will help you out. Might be expensive though, unfortunately. You might be able to find used ones on eBay, but they'll be rare...

As for what the buttons do it depends on how the system was configured during install... I'm not sure about that particular system but one button could be for trunk pop (if you have a power trunk), another for something else, lol. Folks at Audiovox should be able to get you the manuals as well (usually in pdf format, free of charge) :)
