Red tea House - Kennedy/Finch (inexpensive, but the style is like hk cafe's)

Kam Fai 888 - Brimley/Steeles (same like red tea house, but quality and food amounts are better)

I maid cafe - Kennedy/McNicol (Hk/tawainese, decent, drinks arent too good though, would recommend you go to try out the experience)

Locations/plaza that contain cantonese restaurants:
-Alton towers (McCowan and Steeles)
-Bamburgh circle (Warden/South of Steeles)
-T&T center (Warden/Steeles)
-Starwalk/steeles (beside no frills)
-Wongkok center (Kennedy/Highway 7)
-First Markham Place (West of Warden/Highway 7)
-Commerce Center (Leslie/Highway 7)
-Sheppard and East of Kennedy

hope that helps
