View Full Version : Culinary/chef school in Niagara/Hamilton region?

Has anyone attended any of the culinary/chef schools in the Niagara/Hamilton regions? What are they like? Any recommendations or warnings? I know of Liaison College in Hamilton, and the Niagara Culinary Institute and Niagara-on-the-Lake Culinary School in NoTL, and my impression thus far is that the Niagara Culinary Institute would be my best bet. I'm looking at starting in January.

Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I just had a lunch at Mark Picone's Culinary Institute. I think he teaches there.

I didn't think it was all that good.
