does anyone know where I can get a compression and leak down test in the scarborough/markham area from a reliable mechanic?

I don't since I live in GVR but why do you need one? A Cylinder leakdown isn't a usual test someone asks for unless something is wrong.

i needa do a leak down test cuz compression on my cylinders is kind of low and i basically want it in top shape for a project i'm doing...

Just a heads up a leak down test is used if there is a problem and your trying to find it such as bad rings or a valve problem. If you wanting to know if the compression is good then thats the test you want done. You can buy the tool and CT or princess auto for like 60$ .

yea... the problem is my cylinders have low compression and i'm trying to find the source of it

i think the most expensive part of leakdown test is the air? don't have access to compressed air
