View Full Version : PC kettle chip.. Anyone tried it?

Recently noticed that superstore has its own brand PC kettle chip. Has anyone tried it? $1.79 for a 240g bag. I tried the cheese and green onion favor. I think it is good.. no a big difference comparing to Miss Vickie and Old Dutch. What do you think?

i've never tried Old Dutch. but I have tried the PC brand and Miss Vickie's. It's not bad but I still liked Miss Vickie's more. I found PC brand a lil too greasy for my liking.

Same here. Kettle chips taste good and I like the texture of it (thicker slice) but it's a bit on the greasy side, especially the PC one.

Kettle Chips rule..

I've never tried the PC brand, but I'm sure they're good, PC seems to be the best in-house brand of the whole lot (Our Compliments, Masters Choice, No Name, etc.)

agreed, i buy pc brand items without hesitation now. its no longer a crappy discount brand. pc brand cookies and juice products are great.

PC's kettle chips arn't bad...just don't get the flavoured ones unless you don't mind a whopping dose of MSG. Their Jalapeno flavoured chips contain msg and it cannot beat Ms. Vickies ones. I like thier Orginal Flavour though.

To get the same flavour as the PC kettle chips, simply dip any regular chip in a cup of oil. THey are super greasy.

(I think its the PC ones) the "lime & jalepeno" ones are GREEAT!!

Certain PC brand products are awesome. Especially their potatoe chips.

Thier chocolate chip cookies or whatever (I think they're called "Decadents" lol) are amazing!

Way better than chips ahoy
