tried to catch the recipe for the salsa on license to grill this afternoon, but it went by too quickly and the recipe isn't listed on the foodtv.ca site, so...
anyone have a yummy salsa recipe that they could please share?

fresh salsa is really easy to make, you can basically put in whatever your tastes are.
this is my basic recipe:
fresh tomatoes chopped
minced garlic
finely chopped onion
finely chopped green pepper, or any colour
cilantro or parsley or both
lime juice
season with whatever you like, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, hot peppers?
its best if you let it sit at least an hour before you serve/eat it
