I have to say no as well. Women's jean is cut specifically more for the women's curves and potentially hips...I hope I saying this PC :o

But if you're comfortable wearing them then you have more selections of clothing.

I went to the Warped Tour and I was surrounded by emos wearing girls jeans. Why would you demote your "manly" appeal. If you wanted a slimmer and more fitted look, look for slim cuts (Slim Boot Cut, Slim Straight and etc.)

Women's jeans tend to feel good on my crotch. It makes it bigger than it actually is.

I work in retail and it's very common for guys to wear women's jeans. (and vice versa too, for the bigger ladies)

Even with a 28 inch waist you should definitely be able to find a pair of men's jeans that will fit great though. You just have to know where to shop and be willing to spend a little more money. (I recently picked out a pair of jeans for my friend with a 29 inch waist and they fit great plus they were on sale :D )

best thing is to bring a friend... a woman. if she says it's looks good on you, then buy it.

It doesn't matter whether it's for girls or guys, the tags are hidden when u wear them. If it looks good and feels comfortable, why the hell not? Unless u find a men's jeans that makes u feel and look the same, then u can buy those.

I was shopping for jeans today and was trying on many pairs of jeans from a sale rack. Without knowing it the one pair i grabbed in my size was a women's jean. They actually fit good and i was planing to buy them until i realized they were not men's jeans.

I am a slim guy with a 28 inch waist and i tend to have a hard time finding jeans. They fit better then the mens jeans i tried on but i didn't want to purchase womens's jeans. Now that i think about i i should have purchased them as they looked no different then mens jeans and they were dirt cheap. ($50 jeans on for $10).

Any guys wear women's jeans?

yes. they hang around church st.

I don't think there is a problem with guys wearing girl pants and vice versa. Just depends on your build that's all.

Many guys are much smaller in the waist, hips and buttocks. Or generally just like a tighter fit. Think of the punk styles. Look at The Ramones or Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots. These guys have sex appeal (well I think so) and they wear the tightest pantalons ever!

Many mens' pants have pleats at the front to give way for them to sit so that their massive packages have enough room to move and so forth. So if a slightly slender guy wore this, he would look awkward.

I think some of you are envisioning a pair of women's 'mama' jeans. The ones with the wide hips and hiked high waist.

The guy here is probably trying on womens' jeans with a low waist and slim fit.

If you got innate style and the confidence to run with it, then you can wear ANYTHING

Exactly. This proves why majority of guys in this thread crying either 'emo', 'gay', or some other homophobic stupidity are fashion-clueless. A men's 30 would never fit him because his waist size is 28, which means he's more likely to find a great fit at women's size. He's obviously not going to wear a flare or any other ultra-feminine jean-cut out there. Boot cut and slim fit are fine as long as it's not too tight.

OP is looking for women's jeans that resemble the usual cuts we see in mens jeans nowadays. Besides, the trend for mens jeans has been tighter (obviously not skin tight) for the past few years. For OP, this would be perfectly snug for his waist.

My D&G jeans make me feel like I'm wearing women's jeans. I tried on a pair of my friends jeans for fun, and that didn't turn out well. But I can say that as long as there is some room to breathe, it's fine.

Well, if you didn't notice it until you looked inside the jeans and saw that they were for women.
How else would anyone else find out?

Buy whatever fits well, that would look appropriate or whatever's your style.

If you don't want anyone to figure it out, just cut the tags or something when you get home.

And for me? No, I don't wear women jeans.

If the fit was right... you should have bought them. Who cares if the were labeled womens! Seems as though most clothing is unisex anyway.

ahhh yes i guess guys can start wearing skirts now too....that is SO wrong

Yes, I've seen lots of men wearing a skirt... called a kilt.

For my is all psychological...

If it fit right and it happened to be in the guys section and labelled wrong, I'd be okay with it.

But never intentionally, its women's jeans... man.

When I was in junior high (Grade 7) I had a kid in my class. He wore Road Runner Jeans.

Now for those that didn't grow up in the 80s. Road Runner was a brand of tight fitting jeans for girls.

No one knew why he wore them. But they were tight on him and he was a hockey player too.

It looked really weird. The jeans were designed to be tight fitting and his crotch always had a bulge because it was not designed for guys. People made fun of him but he didn't care and wore them anyways.

In the late 80s, there was a brand of jeans from Japan called Edwin. These were like women's jeans, but made for men. I am not sure if they are still around. But for those of you that have a small wasit, these are the jeans for you.
