I have a big complain about a warrantee repair that was done . Nobody answered from my try to contact somebody throught the website.
I feel that my complain is thrown away by the tech guys. I need someone big in the company who can at least read it through. :(

Nobody here, or atleast no one here should be giving you a DSM's phone number for Sony.

isn't the centre IN GTA...just go picket their centre, if you're THAT upset about it. Of course I'd just search harder and get a direct line/email of somebody, who'll listen sincerely.

if it was a repair done, are you sure it is sony ericsson? perhaps it was sonyericsson's outsourced service centre called Solectron out in Newmarket? complaining to SonyEricsson if it was repaired by Solectron its like writing a complaint to Sobey's for a product you purchased at Food Basics..
