Ladies: good place to get a haircut in the GTA?

This one is for the ladies ...

I've had to change hairdressers TWICE coz they always screw up my hair (they cut it a little TOO short than what I want).

I need a good, reliable hairdresser in the GTA, preferably the Mississauga area. Please post hairdressers, and prices if possible ... I don't want to get a $100 haircut (and this IS rfd ;) ) ... I need under $40.

Try the House of Lords on yonge street, they are pretty good.
