I want to purchase a chair online using coupon codes, but can anyone tell me how their shipping works? If I order it now, does it mean it'll come tommorow? Do they tell you an actual arrivial date?
I'm asking because probably no one's going to be home on a weekday, and I don't know what happens then. Is it possible to get them to ship to a Staples store for pickup so I don't have to wait all day for them?
Thx!

You can request a Thursday evening delivery where they will deliver up until 9pm I believe. I did this over the phone and they accepted the coupon too.

Staples.ca order will have the estimate order delivery date (pretty acrurate as well). It's usually 1-2 days after you order
I hate missing Staples order as they only try twice (they cancel/return the order after 2nd attempt)
Although I have had it delivered to my super, or my neighbour when nobody was home (so it turned out alright)
I remembered people replying on RFD saying you can put down Staples store address, and it will be delivered to Staples store then

Call them up and ask them, unless your asking from previous experience?

Isn't customer service closed by now?
I was hoping to buy as soon as possible before the $10 off $40 coupon dies... so wanted a quick answer.
So has anyone tried putting shipping address as a Staples store address?

I believe only certain locations offer delivery after 4 or 5PM. They're pretty bad with the delivery policy. The city that I'm in, they don't offer after hours delivery, and you can't get them to deliver to the store for pickup. They only attempt to deliver twice, and after that I believe you have to reorder. They also don't deliver on the weekends.
You might want to talk to your neighbor to see if they're home during the day, and to see if they're ok with you getting the chair delivered to their house. Also, you might just want to have it delivered to your work address, and then put it in your truck to bring home (assuming you have a vehicle to bring it home in). I guess the final option is to give them a call to see what they can do...
