Cross-Trading?

What should i do about cross-trading.

I currently "MIGHT" be shipping my xbox 360 + other stuff + money, for a laptop.
Which should go first? Of course i will say he sent the laptop first, id send everything aswell as soon as i recieve it, cause he could be scamming?
but then hes probably thinking that too..so what do i do?

I deal this way: whoever has less feedback ships/pays first.

Pretty explanatory after that, unless you're both 0 feedbackers. Then I wouldn't do the trade.
