Rogers retention plan on internet?

Basically i've had nothing but trouble with rogers, rude phone reps, changing things without authorization anything. Basically I think i'm going to switch to bell unless they do something. anyway. Who can I phone to get a better deal?

Ultra lite is the same speed with both rogers and bell.
Plus is $60 a year cheaper & if I go to bell I'd have TV, Internet, & Phone on one bill.

I don't blame you but technically....they are allowed to change the connection we get without notification when you agreed to their End-User Agreement stuff with countless terms that noone bothers to read. I'm in that shoe too and I was threatened that if i went over the usage period, I'd get a connection thats worse than DSL aka Phone Line until the next "usage" period. Rogers stinks...watch the price tag go up when the Blue Jays sign someone big next year. I won't be surprised.
