Refurbished Z5500 Speakers from CWO

do you guys think it's a problem to buy this set refurbished or is it worth it to spend the extra money to get new?

I'd might pick one up, because it is $100, the reasong they are referbished is because the box looks like it's been all beat up off of the ups truck.. other then that.. inside the speakers are just fine, work fine.. thats the only cosmetics.. if you have problems, phone up logitechm they will send out a new speaker for the satilites..

i thought i read on cwo website that refurbished speakers are not valid under manufacturer's warranty..does logitech not care whether they are refurbished or not?
