Yes, the premiums are also smaller. I've now ordered five sets of cards from Vistaprint, 3 of which were the premium kind...and they are all the same size, which is a little bit smaller than all other business cards I have (my own and other people's).

BTW, if you order all of the items listed in the OP it comes to a little over $20 shipping. I've made a few similar orders, so I have lots of those things lying around now. :cheesygri
