Cuz I know about half a year ago Loblaws had a sale for Haagen-Daz for $2.99

Man, what a rat race trying to get some ice cream. I just went to see if there was any left, I hardly eat ice cream but I know this stuff is pretty good. I wouldn't pay $5 for a little tub.
I went to 3 stores, the first two was completely sold out with ripped up cardboard signs stuck in the empty freezer saying sold out.
The last store had a guy restocking the freezer with all flavours. It was mostly very large women and their family members each carrying out the maximum of two per customer. Other than that it was husbands making runs for their wives :)
Oh well, I got coffee flavour and The Gobfather

If anyone is curious, I checked a Loblaws here in the GTA and there was no sale going on.

I just got some Ben and Jerrys from A&P in Brampton. It's still more expensive than the regular price at Wal-Mart in the US. Us Canadians get ripped off.
