Microeconomics, Fall 2005 edition by Gateman (taken from Microeconomics, 11th ed., by Ragan & Lipsey, plus study guide). He re-uses and rebrands the books to make money, so the Fall 2006 edition may be the exact same thing inside.
ALSO included: the bound class notes package that comes with the book.
The text itself has no writing, but the exercises from the back of the book are all complete. This may be a good thing... because the exercises actually have to be handed in...
