Locked to rogers. Light scuffs on outside of phone. Inside screen good condition. Would make a good phone for going out on the weekend. You would not have to risk losing your expensive phone in the bar. Also has classic arcade sounds for ringtones and south park fart jokes for ringtones. Has charger.
