Couldn't find this posted so here goes:
Depart from Bellingham, WA and get 2nd flight for free. My friends and I have done this before and it was smooth sailing. Left from Vancouver, parking at the airport is $6/day I believe. We are going again Sept 6-9 to Excalibur 3 nights Wed-Sat for about $370cad pp all taxes in.

Hey Silentplanet, I've been trying to book this for the past few days and for some reason it never applies the second flight for free.. It just shows total like $1170 for two people to Caesar's for three nights. Did you call in to book your ticket? pls let me know. thanks!

No did it all online. If you phone I think they charge you an extra 5 bucks. There are a couple of blackout dates so be aware. When you choose the hotel the next page will tell you if you have recieved the Fly Free discount. I did a quick check, and the cost for Caesars was almost $470us pp whereas Excalibur was $299 when I booked. So you might actually be getting the discount...
p.s. Travel Best Best just released Mandalay Bay in Dec for $399 3 nights (plus huge tax I'm sure)

How long is driving to Bellingham Airport compared to Vancouver International if you are from Coquitlam?
There is a $200 difference/person when you depart between Bellingham and Vancouver.

About 1/2 hr from the White Rock border. The airport is small, like Abbotsford. I actually prefer it...

Thanks Silentplanet,
I tried again, but it still is not working for me. I priced how much it is for one package, and the price for two is exactly double so it wasn't applying a free flight. Do you enter a code in the promotion field??
I'm aiming for going at the end of the month and all the other sites I've checked are quoting really high amounts.
I agree, I like the Bellingham airport as well. I've only flown out of there once though.

No promo code. When you choose your dates, and specify 2 people (I'll assume) then hit next, it takes you to the list of hotels right? Okay, from there select a hotel. I did Sept 6-9 at Excalibur. Try that, and you'll see its $314pp. Select it, and you go to the next page. At the top right, there ia s "Congratulation! You can receive the Fly Free discount" So when you hit continue, the price reflects the 2 for 1 flight - in this case $666. The discount automatically gets applied - even though you don't really see it. Kind of confusing I know.
The other thing is play around with different dates if you are flexible because the rates change based on hotel occupancy. I found Sept 6-9 to be cheaper by $56us pp than 13-16th for example...
I did 1 person for Excal and the price jumped to $628 for 1 person...
