Western was the best time of my life. Essex person staying on the eng floor?

Remember have a blast, party safely. I was a Med-Syd alumni and not going back to school is a bit of a downer for me, I had so many great times.

Also try not to work to damn hard, you only do your undergrad once.

Represent'n Saugeen! 1st year for me at Western was unreal! I'm surprised I made it thru 1st year with all the partying. For those who's never been to Western before, Western is a school for models. I've never seen so many good looking people in one place. I'm already missing it. Well, have fun. :cheesygri

Western's a great school. Guaranteed a good time, the broads are super hot and super easy, so get in while the getting's good and before you become attached. :)

Busy picking up sloots at Jim Bob´s!!!!!! Ha ha... the worst part of London is the line at the bars but damn it is such a great experience.

Were else are you going to see it be -30 a huge ass line and girls in the shortest skirts wearing Ugg boots. Good god, I wish I was a frosh.

Oh and engineers here´s a tip to lighten up your course loads, use summer school/distance studies to get more courses out of the way. Eng. Communications (forgot the course code), electives (000 and 100 level ones) can all be done distance studies. they are a hundred times easier and more time means more time to find the elusive Saugeen Striper.

ES 211F (Engineering Communications)
ES 498F (Engineering Ethics)
Stats 241A (Applied Statistics)

I would recommend these courses for summer study at least. They will lighten your course load a lot, and the two ES courses are just a waste of time during the year. Stats on the other hand gives a lot of people trouble, and is apparently much easier during the summer. If I had lived in London during the summer, I would have done these 3.

I'm returning for my final year of my concurrent Chem Eng / Comp Sci degrees. If any of you are in engineering and contemplating doing a concurrent degree in something, I fully recommend it. Getting two full degrees in a much reduced timespan is great. I just finished a 12 month engineering internship (another thing I would highly recommend), and I have no doubt that the fact that I have two degrees on the go helped me land one of my job offers.

211 definately.. because you can do distint studies.

241, forgot the course code for elecs but the prof (Wayne Horn) is a dick. If you are a girl you could flash some clev. and get better marks but I woul agree about summer school. But last time I checked you had to do two courses to get one credit.

498, an easy bird course if you kiss ass/show up/participate to Jan "the Man" Mckee´s class. I got a 90 or 91 in that class with very little work it was a great avg. booster.
