late august to Cancun

Hi,

I am planning a vacation to Cancun, Mexico with my mom and sister for this late august. It has been a long time since we have vacationed. We plan to leave around the 27th for 7 days, I would like to come back Sept 3rd for "Labour of Love".

I am looking for a resort that will somehow fit us all 3. I am a 21 yr old male university student, looking to just party and club and drink alot. My sister 23 yr old would like to see the sceneary, wildlife, ruins etc more....My mom just wants to go relax with good food and drink.

Is there any recommend resorts thay anyone can name. Which can fit the 3 of us, or atleast the 2 of them. I dont care so much for myself.

Good food and close to beach would be the key things.

i've been to cuba 2nd wk of sept and it rained for maybe 15 mins on just one day...then again, maybe i was just lucky.

We were in cancun for 2 weeks last August 27th, we stayed at the gran caribe real hotel, its beautiful. Most rooms have couchs that can sleep another person.

We booked from travel222.com, based in BC, they were the cheapest around after extensive searching.

As for the weather, it rained the day we arrived for a few hours, and thats it, was very hot!

Make sure you go to Coco Bongo and also to xcarat!
