What's the best deal out there for a round trip ticket to China? Is it cheaper to book at Sears Travel and use 20% off gift cards? I'm aware this is high season and the prices are way higher than not so hot seasons.
Friend is looking to stay for 3 weeks (christmas week, and the weeks before and after christmas).

The only flights with acceptable delays (less than 4 hours delay at any stop) were around $1400 CND which is slightly less than Air Canada's web price of $1600 CND (both tax incl.)
