Hi, I am new in this forum and with no knowledge about computer. Today I called Rogers to ask for the technical support because I could not access to the internet in a sudden while I was browsing. They said they could not help me becasue I need to reinstall the network adapter. I really don't know what they are saying. The lady told me to go to the control panel looking for the system properties, then under the hardware and click in the device manage and I found that there are a yellow question mark both beside the Other Devices and Ethernet Controller under the Network adapters. I really don't know what happen. Can someone tell me what happens to my computer and what should I do.

Probablt reinstall the drivers.

Do you have a driver disk for your machine?

If not, this software is usually pretty accurate:

First check to see if you need to re-install the network drivers

Hold the Windows-Key and hit Pause

Then find the hardware Tab at the top
Device Manager

Do you see any exclaimation marks under networking?

If you do, then find out what card you have and download the appropriate files.
