Note to self...
HP DVD+R 16x disc must burn at 8x or higher in my LG 4167B (w/ DL13 fw)
Somehow when I try to burn at 4X, it fails at the end when trying to close the disc (no matter is open session, single session or just ISO file) But at 8X it burns fine...
