Any schlorships to post-secondary institutions mainly focusing on non-academic criteria such as community involvement (volunteering) that you know about? I've checked studentawards.com but could't find anything like this.

I would assume a scholarship in Canada would would require proper command of the English language, first and foremost.

its probably too late now most scholarship applications must be submitted by the end march to be eligible.

Actually there are lots that don't require marks... check the registrar's office.

I suppose you're not on the eligible list yourself.

most scholarships that are offered have in some-way to do with marks and how you excel in school. check with your post-secondary institute about offering scholarships that focus mainly on extra-curricular work

If you're "poor" you'll get a bursary, don't worry. It's the same, minus the bragging rights. :D

you need to be Edumacated real good before geetin any those scholorships!
(just kidding....I did actually go to school and can spell).
try looking for h elp with community service groups....usually the ones u vovolnteer for will let you know if there are any scholarships :)

Way too late dude, my last scholarship deadline was a few weeks ago. Everything else from here on out is generally for next year's graduating class.

Maybe you should consider a traed or anna-prentisship instead of a schlorship?
