ahhh I think thats a gameshow called Hey!Hey!Hey!

The hosts are the same (guy in blue and red). Its usually chatting with japanese celebrities and making them play stupid games/doing funny and embarassing things.

But this is just crazyy,
lol look at the way the guy in the purple jumped!!

These aren't gameshows, and the people aren't contestants. Neither is Hey! Hey! Hey!

The show that clip is from is "Gaki no tsukai" its a skit show with regular comedian/actors (sort of like saturday night live) where they regularly do stupid contests. The 2 main guys Hamada and Matsumoto (who also host Hey! Hey! Hey! Music Champ (which is a music show)) have been comedey partners for decades and are known as Downtown. Before "gaki no tsukai" was on there used to be a show called "gottsu ee kanji" (early 90's) which was almost the same thing but had a different group of people (though downtown was still there) and it was funny as hell.

In fact actual gameshows in japan almost never use normal people and are usually(95%+) always famous people (actors, musicians, musicians, atheletes ,etc)

If anyone is interested in more of these comedians from Japan, go to http://youtube.com/user/malkav00?ob=1 and people have translated quite a few of their shows.
