iPod Case Question..

Hey all..

If you can believe, a year ago when I bought my car, as a promotion at the dealership they were throwing in free 20gb iPods with the purchase of a car.

I had totally forgot I ever got this thing, and just finally found it in my closet today (still sealed)

So I've got it open now and it's charging (Which BTW is taking way too long.) and I realise this thing would easily scuff and possibly even smash, and I need advice on (LOCALLY) the best place to buy a good (hopefully cheap) case for this thing.

It's not a nano, or anything special like that, it's just the original iPod I guess and I haven't a clue on where to pick up a cheap case for this thing.. I don't want to spend like $35 on a piece of leather.

Any suggestions/locations you guys know of? I'm in Peel Region if that means anything

The original first generation iPod? I don't think they sell accessories for them anymore. You should have sold this on eBay sealed for lots of bidding. :D

its impossible that he would get a 1st generation ipod 1 year ago with car purchase, it is most liekly a 4th gen 40 gig black and white, there are still alot of sellers who sell accesories, check out the BST electronics section

Yeesh ... I'd say try ebay. A lot of stuff is sold there, and it would prolly be your best bet.

Hey all

Not sure which generation it is; its all white and has chrome on the back of it.

I didn't want to do eBay because I wanted to go somewhere and buy one tomorrow (like futureshop or best buy or what not)

whoah whoah whoah...green tinted screen? LOL we might be looking at 2nd gen! no way it's 1 gen...and yes lajo is the best, but the determing factor is what gen it is, try finding a pic of the front.
