Amazon.ca Marketplace seller djangos_com has a lot of CDs listed at $1.49 and similarly low prices today. There is no way to search for CDs from a certain seller, but just browse around and you'll find some.
No idea if they're mispriced or if the prices will be honored.

Djangos (U.S.) has been around for some time, although I don't see any sale on their website in that low price range:
www.djangos.com
The Amazon price cited for shipping from the US is very high, as I recall. Unless I'm mis-reading the grid, they charge $7.50 per title.

You can at Amazon.com. Give me an example or two of a CD he is selling.

You can browse his selection at .com and then when you find an item you want, go back to .ca and do a search.
