If you have a FS in your area, keep checking out their stores for open box controllers (they seem to sell them for $30 open box). Usually their fine, but if you really want a new one, just exchange it for a new one. A FS employee told me the only reason I'd need to exchange it was being uncomfortable with having an open box product. (Pretty weird, I'll admit). Anyway, good luck with that. (Otherwise you'll find them on eBay for about $40)
