I'd like to know as well. I've contacted Nike as to whether I can order using a Canadian credit card to an American address, and even then, the answer was no!

i called nike... they had no problem using my credit card... but they said that they can't ship it to canada... it would have to be shipped to the US...

i was wondering if there is some kind of service that will recieve it and then ship it back to us.

You can always get it shipped to a family or friend of yours in the U.S and get them to mail the shoes to you here in Canada, thats what I plan to do. Its alot of work but it is definitely worth it.

I order the pair of Nike ID shoes on May 5, 2009 by calling them and giving me their credit card and the website told me that I would get the shoes within 4 weeks. I had ordered them to be shipped to the UPS centre for pickup in niagara falls, buffalo. I received the confirmation by E-mail that the order is confirmed, I will be notified when they begin making shoes.

Two weeks later, I called customer service because I never received the follow up E-mail. I was told that the order is being processed, call back next week.

Another two weeks later, I called again (that makes it four weeks), I was told that it would take up to six weeks and that the order is going through, despite that I said I never received follow-up E-mails about them making it.

I called again early this week (towards the end of week 6) and I was told that it has not been six weeks yet so there's nothing that can be done.

I called again today (over six week now), and I was told that the order was NEVER PROCESSED.

I had called every other week to confirm that the order went through and everyone said it did. Why does it take up to SIX weeks for Customer Service to look into the matter is beyond me.

Now I am told that there is nothing anyone can do but re-process the order, and by re-processing, they mean call them again and give them my CC information and everything. The old order is just scrapped, they wont reuse it. The most they can do is give me free shipping to Buffalo.
