Urgent Flight from Toronto to Ottawa (or Train)

Hi, Im looking for a flight from Toronto to Ottawa tomorrow night or the day after morning, train works too, does anyone know of any deals right now?

I couldn't find any that were standing out and it looks like its $120 ($160 after taxes) for a one way flight and something like $115 for a train ticket.

This is for my mom, so can't use any student discounts...
