LF light meter for photography

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any hot deals for light meter's? Ive looked around on ebay and they dont tend to be very cheap. And Id be suspecious of the acuracy of a used one *I presume they need to be tuned once in a while?*

I dont need alot of fancy features on it, I dont mind the bare basics.

I forget the proper term for the type im looking for, im thinking its incidental light readings? Where you place it infront of the subject and you take a reading. Possibly plugging in the flash to it to get a reading from it as well.
