I just bought a Benq 1655 drive and want to get some Lightscribe media (CD and DVD) and wanted to know what brands are good and who sells them at a good price?

Thanks

They are tough to find.. the only brand I've seen was Memorex LightScribe. I think Tigerdirect sells em.

Otherwise you'll have to buy from a CD supplier.

Digitaldolphin would know.

Blankmedia sells HP and Verbatim brand media. I would be more inclined to take that then Memorex based on info I have seen here.

I have purchased only Verbatum. From time to time they are on-sale at Staples for $9.99 per 10.

The last pack of LightScribe CD's I bought from Verbatim were manufactured by CMC :(

When CMC manufactures media for Verbatim, it's done with a Verbatim Engineer on site superivising the whole time ;) HP and Memorex do *NOT* do that.

For Lightscribe, I recommend Verbatim. NCIX and Blankmedia.ca carry both DVD+Rs and CD-Rs.
