Last week I contacted NCIX re 2 sticks of Infineon memory that would not post.
They asked that I contact manufacturer since their one year warranty had expired and balance of lifetime warranty is provided by manufacturer. I did so and after much back and forth between both NCIX and Infineon....NCIX finally issued a RMA # stating that they had checked with their RMA supplier and they are willing to help me out.
I paid $12 to expresspost the memory chips to NCIX. Today I received my old memory chips back via Purolator. The enclosed sheet stated that "the supplier has closed and we can't help the customer"
Pissed me off because now I have wasted $12. He stated he checked with their RMA supplier (whatever that means)....so why the change now?
EDIT to add latest info
Just got off the phone with NCIX...after a wee bit of discussion I have to return the RAM back to them collect shipping via Purolator and they will now replace it.
It's all good now.......THANKS NCIX
