Im thinking of selling my PC and getting a laptop, but i wanan see if my asking price is somewhat fair.... any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Here is my PC:

AMD 3800+ X2
DFI Lanparty UT NF-4
Connect3d X800 GTO 256mb PCI-E
2*512mb of Kingston Hyper-X PC4000
1 x 200gb Seagate SATA HD
1 x 100gb Maxtor SATA HD
Pioneer DVR-109 DVD Burner
Antec Sonata Case
11in1 Card Reader

Now i was thinking 1000-1250, btu im not quite sure...maybe higher? If you think i could charge higher then let me know cause the more money i get the better laptop i get :) lol

I definitely don't think higher. This link has a similar system except without the dual core processor (X-Gamer System).

http://www.pcvonline.com/systemsCont.aspx?cat=DESKTOP%20SYSTEMS

Costs $759 or $1069 with a 19" LCD monitor. The CPU prices on this site show that difference in price between the athlon 3800+ and the X2 is $180. So you could probably exchange the CPU to match the one in your system for a total of $939 or $1249 with a new 19" LCD for an identical brand new system.

Correct me if any of this info is wrong.

After the X2 price drop this month, your system should be worth around $800.
