Hello N,
Thank you for contacting SanDisk Technical Support.
We do apologize for your inconveniences.
Is this the only song that is not playing? The player will not be able to play this because this is a link. You would need your computer (connected to the internet) to play this file. This kind of file is not supported in the player.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply to this e-mail.
Best regards,
Karole C.

Yes I know it's a link!
Can you reproduce the problem on your side?
Please download the file and put it on a Sandisk m250 and press play, and tell me why the m250 crashes.

Hello N,
Thank you again for contacting SanDisk Technical Support.
As stated, what you are trying to play is not a file. It is a link, something that needs internet connection to play. The Sansa m250 is not capable of connecting to the internet on its own that is why it will not play the link.
Should you have any further inquiries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Karole C.
