Why that resolution though? Is 1920x1080 not good enough for you?

Well higher the res, the more things viewable at once right? Thats the res im using now and I find it quite nice. ;)

1920x1080>1680x1050
See if you can get the dell on sale for cheap.
Oops you wanted it as a TV, i guess thats a no go, it has TV inputs but no tuner. You're gonna have to keep looking.
