Nah. it is a problem... With bone heads like that you never know.. you might put down the gun to tie down your shoe lace, and then some other bone head will think its cool to put a few rounds in...
Then the original person picks it up and BAM!

Thats why you never point ANY firearm at a living person or @ a direction that can harm people. With the odd case of you physically inspecting the chamber, bore, feeding path before.
