Can't remember where I read it, but that site is owned by some advertising company.
Their plot? Lure you into loading those ads over and over and over just to see a picture of a naked girl, or for the false hope that somebody would streak onto the field. Have you seen the security at the stadiums?
In short: you're loading ads and letting some company get a free cash injection for a few lousy photos and a streak that will never happen.
