Does anyone knows if student phones provide their montly plans without any contract for rogers?? They have 25$ unlimited incoming plan which is not available at the rogers site

plz help fast as my 100$ prepaid card is finishing soon :(

I have been with students phone since january and have had no problem so far and you do save some money by going with them.
