buy at Canada computers today andyou can get it for 34.99+ tax. End cost 40.24 which is pretty decent considering thats what you'd pay on Ebay.

Thanks lol, ordered at CC, let's see if it comes first, if it does, I'll be saving 7 bucks and I'll just return/cancel at CompuSmart, they shipped my filler item yesterday :-0 (a mousepad, in a cardbox with filling  )

I was looking for a way to cancel my order but there's no option on the website, emailing the customer support may be too late since I placed my order yesterday...oh well

I'm giving it a try, see if they can credit me or else I'll just ask if I can cancel my order and resubmit it...

There's a PM opportunity with Future Shop if they'll take it. FS has a $20 MIR.

Just buy it at Future Shop for $65, then go back later that day with the receipt only (don't call any attention to the MIR) and do a pricematch down to $32, then use the $20 MIR to bring it down to $12+taxes

OP, plz adjust title a bit.

it's misleading in that CC does have free ship, but not free handling...

so for most ppl that are OOP, the price is more like $45 + tax

EDIT: nm.. just saw ur updated post

Since CC is offering free shipping/handling on June 30 to July 2, buy it on the 30 and save $10! :)

Now even hotter!

so i guess it's a hot deal for every1 then ! :cheesygri

Yes, i've been too lazy to drive 30mins to pickup DL-DVDs. Nothing else it seems is worth getting though. For me anyways,

edit: login page has no ssl encryption :/

Just got mine.. a pretty decent deal, BTW buy.com has the same card with adapter for USD19.95, too bad its only for US residents. Link: http://www.buy.com/prod/Kingston_1GB_miniSD_Secure_Digital_Card/q/loc/101/202152401.html

I got back my $ too for the handling fee :) Very nice people.

Btw, it is supposed to be good for the ds. Look at the chart on this site:

It's rated perfect here :)

1GB miniSD cards on Ebay can be bought for a lower price and faster (60x-120x) write speeds.

but the Kingston warranty is worth the price if you don't need the speed.

I'm aware you can get them mucho cheaper on ebay
But with all these fakes floating around...I'd rather not try my luck lol

When you say fake, do you mean fake branded Sandisk or Kingston cards? Or do you mean miniSD cards that just don't work?

Daijoubu

Fake branded, with lower capacity/performance (like, shows as 2GB in windows, but you can only use 512MB, or 800MB for a 1GB card, etc)
And low quality control, some breaks after a month others aren't even recognised, may have bad chips or partly working ones and whatnot, google and you'll see :-0

I want to get this for my son. Just wondering how complicated it is to get up and running. I thought I would get the CF model as I already have some of those cards. Do I need a special card writer or can I use the one on my computer? Any help would be appreciated.
