Today only (june 26th), Stittsville Independent Brown's grocery store has all variety of 2L jugs of Canada Dry pop on for 77 cents.
I think this is store specific. There is a truck out front and boxes in the front foyer of the store.

i did a double take thinking it said independance day thinking it was an amerideal.

I heard a commercial for a flea market in stittsville but I missed most of the details. Do you know anything about this? Is it the same vendors as the old large stitsville fleamarket? Sorry to go off topic.

I think the new flea market on Carp Rd. is basically crap :lol:
The new, big flea market is located at Antrim (towards Arnprior) and is more comparible to what the Stittsville Flea Market used to be.

There is a little one on Carp Road, but it is by far nothing like the old one used to be. I am not sure if it is in the works to make another around the same vicinity as the old one, I heard there was, but I don't know exactly.

Thanks for the info. That was the only good flea market that I knew of. Although the last time I was there it was just yard sale junk that was over priced, hehe.

The new one on Antrim *presumes thats a road name? I dont know that area well* is every Sunday? What about Saturdays?

made it to antrim ..

was disappointed to see that most of the things there I wouldn't give away to bums.

Stick closer to the city (new stittsville market or the one at the race tracks) ... the quality is far better and worth the drive... unlike some places.

I visited the antrim flea market last sunday, and I must say I wasn't very impressed, all they seem to have there are t-shirts, bumper stickers, wallets, and everything else I can expect to find....in a mall. In one of those kiosks in the middle of the isle with all the cheaply made garbage. The flea market on carp road seems to have much higher quality items, furniture, glassware, dolls, books, movies, and much more.
