where to fix Bumper and paint job. cheap and good

I have a den on my bumper, and some scratch on the side body of car (big one, from one end of the door to the other end of the door)
so where do you guys go to fix a den on the bumper and scratches on the car.
how much do i expect to pay?
I am bring my van back to car dealers for end of lease soon.
