Help, how to fight a speeding ticket

Sick feeling.

Going north on Bayview past Lawrence.
- Slight down hill
- Claims I was going 80km/h on a 50 zone
- Going traffic speed..
- Seriously, there were too many cars to speed... you could not go anywhere, not sure why they were even out.

Probably around 60~70.... slower than the cars to my right...
He flagged me down because I stopped abruptly when he ran onto the road and I was the last to see him, being in the left most lane.
