Aprilia Scarabeo

Anyone know anything about them? There's a used one for sale at a motorcycle dealership, it's a 2004 Scarabeo 50.

50cc, 2 stroke.. tops out around 80km/h. Thinking of getting it for my spouse.

It has around 3000km and they're asking $2495. Seems pretty good to me. I guess I should have asked sooner, I might run out there tonight and pick it up before it gets sold.

I don't know anything about scooters, but I remember seeing a sales kiosk in a local mall for these things:

The price seems on par with the one you have there...maybe by buying new your get a warranty or something? I've seen a handful of scooters zipping around Downtown Toronto tho. They're so damned cool!

Yeah I think the price is definitely right.

I think this will be a fun toy and cheap way to get from A to B. It takes a secure man to ride one of those things, but I just want to try one for the fun of it. :lol:

I'm hoping getting the spouse on one of these will open the door for me to get back into motorcycling. :cheesygri
